Andrea Maschietto presents Juventus for Special@School programme

Andrea Maschietto, Sustainability Manager at Juventus Football Club, presents their nominated project “Juventus for Special@School” at the 13th EFDN Conference in Barcelona in November. The Juventus FC project is one among the 4 projects that have been selected for the shortlist of the More than Football Award 2019. The applicants selected for the shortlist are invited to make a 15-minute presentation of their project. After all four presentations, the EFDN conference attendees will choose the winning organisation.

Juventus for Special@School

‘Juventus For Special’ is a sport project with social impact which is dedicated to people with cognitive-relational disabilities. In addition to the sport activity, there is an educational dimension to the project, a new path that is able to involve the new generations and is aimed at overcoming the prejudices and stereotypes related to disability. The key points of the presentation are:

– Sport and educational project with a social impact
– Cultural revolution
– The educational experience for both athletes and students

Andrea Maschietto –  Juventus F.C.

Andrea Maschietto is the Sustainability Manager at Juventus FC. He is a sustainability practicioner with previous experience in the consultancy and industrial sector. He joined the club in 2017 and together with its team, he is developing and implementing the sustainability journey of Juventus as a football company.
