Bálint Máté, Head of International Department & Club Main Contact at Ferencvárosi TC, EFDN Board Member, is a confirmed speaker at our 18th EFDN #Morethanfootball Conference in Budapest from the 14th until the 16th of November 2022.
Host Club of the Conference, Ferencvárosi TC went through a long road until it became the benchmark club of the Central & Eastern European Region. Although it’s been the most popular Hungarian club for a century, the rebuilt of the green & white club from the edge of bankrupcy, scandals and misbehaviour of fans took a decade really from the grounds. Bálint Máté, PMP who’s been serving Ferencváros for a decade tells the exciting case study, how a great combination of on- and off-the-pitch programs and activities (including its EFDN membership) contributed to the great comeback of the Hungarian club to the international football ecosystem.
