Countdown to the 18th EFDN Conference has started!
The European Football for Development Network (EFDN) will host its 18th EFDN Conference from the 14th until the 16th of November 2022 in Budapest, Hungary. The topic of this EFDN Conference will be “Sustainability and Human Rights”, which will take place at the Groupama Arena, the stadium of EFDN Member Ferenvárosi TC.
This event will be the next European gathering for our Community and Social Responsibility (CSR) network after the successful 17th EFDN Conference that took place in Liverpool in May 2022, hosted by EFDN Members Everton FC and Liverpool FC in the legendary venues of Goodison Park and Anfield.
EFDN Conferences bring a unique opportunity for CSR experts and newcomers into the CSR world to learn from each other and share their insights about topics such as fundraising in CSR, environmental sustainability, anti-discrimination, social inclusion, online safeguarding, physical activity in younger and older population, or STEM education, among others. The format of the conference includes panels, breakout sessions, study visits and roundtables, and offers multiple chances to network and connect with other EFDN members and experts in the CSR in football.
Participants at the 18th EFDN Conference will discuss challenges related to human rights and sustainability and share best practices on CSR strategies, fundraising, women’s football, anti-discrimination, social inclusion, colourblind awareness, physical activity, and many more topics. Expert panels will provide insights into current trends in CSR/ESG in European Football. Conference delegates will be inspired with ideas for new initiatives and useful tools to deliver community programmes. Participants can use the conference as a platform for personal growth, creating new partnerships and staying up-to-date with EFDN activities.
