Espen Lindmark – Speaker at the 21st EFDN Conference
Espen Lindmark, Street Team and CRS department Manager of Stabæk Fotball, is a confirmed speaker at our 21st EFDN #MoreThanFootball Conference in Warsaw from the 22nd until the 24th of April 2024.
Espen Lindmark has a career of 20 years in different finance and marketing companies. From 1976 to 2010, he was a Football coach on different levels in both women and men’s football and has worked for over 11 years in Stabæk Football before becoming a full time employee. Lindmark established the street team in Stabæk in 2013, and after 11 years he is still manager for the activity. Additionally he is one of the iniators establishing the foundation, called Fotballstiftelsen, in 2015. Espen Lindmark has a lot of experience in the industry, from Stadium and sportspark runner, to marketing and leader for the women’s department, the first in Norway with fully integrated female team.
During the conference Espen Lindmark and his team will give a presentation on the topic of inclusion of vulnerable groups through the Street Football Programs. The talk will provide insight into experiences and knowledge gained over 10 years of practice. Street football team is a social innovation in the Norway society with positive inpact on the player’s empowerment and recovery process. They will also highlight some of the economic benefits on the society.
