New EFDN Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning guide presented by Lin Wilson (Upshot) at 16th EFDN Conference
Lin Wilson, Consultant at Upshot, will be presenting the new EFDN Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Guide the 16th EFDN Conference.
Lin Wilson has been part of the Upshot team for two and a half years, working directly with EFDN and member clubs for the past 18 months. With the team’s support, she has written the new MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning) Practitioners Guide launched at this conference and she is pleased to have the opportunity to discuss this with partners and clubs. Before working for Upshot, she was a voluntary football coach in my community, worked in IT with Microsoft and HP and began her career working in the charity sector.
Lin will be presenting the guide and relate to EFDN themes of purpose and sustainability – what does it cover, who is it for, how can MEL help focus, learn and adapt. She will also do a group exercise/game leading to collection of input from participants.
