Mark Dennison – Speaker at the 18th EFDN Conference
Mark Dennison, Stay Onside Manager at the Irish Football Association, is a confirmed speaker at our 18th EFDN #Morethanfootball Conference in Budapest from the 14th until the 16th of November 2022.
Mark manages several programmes across the IFA Foundation, working with young people and young adults who are at risk of offending or who are vulnerable, both in Prison and the community. He is also a member of the Irish FA Safeguarding Review Group, assessing suitability of coaches working with young people and helping to develop policy and practice for the association.
The presentation will look at Policy Framework within the association which governs all clubs affiliated to football within Northern Ireland, Training and Education of staff and coaches and online safety of male and female players. Through, video, social media app and case studies, the themes of online safety and cyber bullying will be presented and discussed.
