Philipp Hessberger (Eintracht Frankfurt Fussball AG) will present the ESG strategy at Eintracht Frankfurt
Philipp Hessberger, Advisor to the Executive Board at Eintracht Frankfurt Fussball AG, is the next confirmed speaker at our 17th EFDN #Morethanfootball Conference in Liverpool on 9 & 11 May 2022.
Philipp Heßberger joined Eintracht Frankfurt as an Advisor to the Executive Board in 2019. In his role, he is responsible for strategic projects across various club dimensions including the development of a sustainability / ESG strategy and the generation of new business models, among others. Since 2022 he acts as Managing Director of a 100% subsidiary of Eintracht Frankfurt Fußball AG that manages the stadium operations of the under 21 team. Before his career at Eintracht Frankfurt, Philipp worked as a strategy consultant at Roland Berger for three years, focusing on strategic transformation and restructuring projects. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from University of Mannheim and a master’s degree from ESADE Business School, Barcelona, in International Management.
During the presentation, the representatives of Eintracht Frankfurt will cover the ESG strategy at Eintracht Frankfurt and its implications on the organization. They will go into detail on the derivation of a holistic strategy approach including vision and involved partners. Furthermore, they will highlight key challenges, relevant ESG projects and identified measures to create sustainable impact. They are keen on going into discussion with the participants to exchange ideas on other clubs’ approaches.
