Sharing of the development of different strategic partnerships and awareness and access to funding streams. Showcasing how they use insight gained from local partners to create programmes to address local need and their place working alongside statutory services.
”The development and impact of our mental wellbeing programme, Head 4 Health. This project initially started as a male only project to remove barriers, reduce stigma and encourage men to access support with their mental health. Five years on and we have supported hundreds of individuals with the project now open to all adults and embedded into the system of support services in the city.”
